Patriotic Costume

This custom patriotic costume will consist of a red sequin romper featuring a sweetheart neckline with sequined, white velvet overskirt and red, white and blue metallic fringe. The romper is a size 2 with a 1.5" inseam. All three elements shown in image. Will include a red sequin top hat facinator. Allow 2-4 weeks for production.
